Paid orders received by 1 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, usually ship the same day. Processing can take up to 2 business days, and longer during the December and January holiday rush. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Peer to Peer payments are marked processing manually so please allow up to 12 hours for your order status to change.
Rates and free shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more to the lower 48 states. USPS Priority is free on orders of $100 or more to all 50 states. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout; the threshold is measured after any discounts.
Delivery times
Standard delivery can take up to 5 business days. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers deliver on business days only. Once a package is with the carrier we can’t control delays.
Where we can’t ship
Because of state and local laws we don’t ship kratom to every address. Checkout checks your shipping address before you can place an order, and lists the states we can’t ship to. Laws change; if you believe your address was blocked in error, contact us.
Packaging
Orders ship in a plain, unmarked box labeled with our company name, 36 Circles LLC.
Address changes
Double-check your address before ordering. Contact us right away if it needs a change; once a label is created we can’t change the order.
